Hampton Inn Lawrenceville Duluth

Stayed here for work and breakfast was great! Chicken sausage options, bagels, waffles and different juices! Staff was very kind and accommodating! I had an issue with the room temperature and Jose (The Maintenance man) came the very day and replaced the thermostat and everything was perfect!

I don’t typically review hotels unless they don’t meet expected standards and I feel the need to warn others but I make an exception here—this Hampton Inn was outstanding and exceeded my expectations! Every staff member I interacted with was kind, cheerful, and helpful—it genuinely left a desire to come back to this hotel. I have to give special recognition to front desk clerk, Ms. Regina, who helped me (twice!!) with reservation trouble I was having. She was a delight and I had to stop and chat with her when I finally checked in so we could meet face to face. The managers were excellent and I think they really set the tone for customer experience, the room was impeccably clean and quiet (the doors are a little loud but it wasn’t too much). The odd numbered rooms are the “quiet side” if you want to request that. I liked being able to easily sign in to Netflix or Disney+ to watch a movie on the room tv. Breakfast was just ok, it wasn’t bad but not as good as other Hampton Inns; oh well you can’t be perfect haha. Room floors were clean (no dirty feet when walking barefoot!), beds were so comfortable, bathroom had a real door (not those new barn door sliders that are so heavy), water pressure in the shower was great, and there is a nightlight in the room which is a nice touch. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family and I look forward to staying here again if I ever come back to this area.

Friendly welcome upon arrivals, room was clean but more importantly quiet (we were at the end of the hall). Fitness center was amazing! Breakfast was good and all the breakfast staff was friendly. My only gripe is that a group came in late and were hanging out in the breakfast area being very loud at 10pm, I was in there reading with noise cancelling headphones and could still hear them, the front desk staff let this go on even after i went to my room. Not a huge deal, but something to mention. Regardless it was a great stay and I will likely stay there again.

Very nice rooms! The hotel rooms are very comfortable and clean

Super clean rooms and great staff. We had a group of 23 ladies staying here for a conference and they were so organized and accommodating. They are in the middle of renovations and they made that clear to us before arriving. It did not affect our stay at all.

Hotel was under construction when I visited but I was up on the 5th floor so I didn’t hear it. Otherwise I really enjoyed my stay. Would book a room here again!
